Fitbit Versa 2 with lines covering screen completely

The screen will not respond.. Have reset changed clock and tried to do all suggestions by Rep Clarence s. My watch is just static like lines completely covering screen nothing visible

Not working static lines covering screens no responses to any measures. Tried everything
