Fitbit Versa 2 won't charge and turn on

Hi,

So my device had been inactive for a while, due to which it ran out of charge and turned off. I recently got it out and put it to charge. Naturally, the device flashed 0% sign on the screen. After a bit, the Fitbit logo showed up. But then it just stayed that way. The device did not charge, neither it would turn on.

After "charging" it for a while I tried turning it on, but to no avail. The screen flashed the 0% sign again.

I eventually turned to this page to try to find solutions to my problems. But couldn't find anyone going through the same issue. I even tried resetting the device, but it did nothing. The screen just goes dark and does not respond.

Fitbit universe, I've come for your counsel. Please help.

Hey, it's me again...

So I tried everything that was suggested in the link you shared. But none of it worked. It is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. And is not charging.

Is there any other solution to this?

Thank You!
