Fitbit Versa 2 won't charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I charged it Friday. Tried to charge today, won't even acknowledge that it's on the charger. Tried cleaning port, reset, changed out charging cords....nothing

Now I can't get ahold of a representative to chat

I am facing the exact same issue, my Versa2 stopped working 10 days ago and I have followed every single tips from the community support but no chance so far. What would be the next step here?

Very disappointing that I didn’t even get two years out of my Versa 2. We will see if the Surge 5 is more duarable. 😔

My watch has also stopped working. I charge it to 100% and within a few hours it is completely dead again. It used to last for a few days but now I'm lucky to get 3 hours out of it... I don't understand why it's doing this? Everything is up to date, it never got wet or anything, it just isn't working and I need it for my job so now I don't know if I am going to have to buy a new watch or what? Can anyone help me, please?

I also didn't even get 2 years out of mine. I got it for Christmas 2020 and it's not working at all. I get about 3 hours if I'm lucky and then it dies.

Hello Andrea. I tried chat for support tonight and tried calling support for same issue, fitbit versa2 not charging, won't turn on. I cannot get ahold of anyone. I've tried all troubleshooting steps identified in the support forum to no avail. This is for my wife's watch. Mine works fine. Would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you. Dman2023.

I had a similar problem. It turned out to be the “port” the charger was plugged.

If your battery stopped charging, try the solutions below. The pins on the device or charging cable are dirty. Dust and debris can accumulate over time. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable

Will
