Fitbit Versa 2 won’t sync. Have tried all the Fitbit Help suggestions and nothing has worked. Now my

Versa 2 will not sync!!  Started being 2 minutes slow. After trying every Fitbit Help suggestion, it is now 10 minutes slow. When I tried Fitbit chat- it said page was unavailable.
