Fitbit Versa 2 won’t turn on after charge

I charged my Fitbit versa 2 but now it won’t turn on. The lights on the back are off and the screen will not turn on after multiple attempts at turning it on by holding down the button. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger.
