About a week ago my Fitbit Versa 3’s battery started to die in less than 24 hours. Normally the battery lasts almost a week on a full charge. I made sure all my settings were set to minimize battery usage but no luck. Then today I checked my battery before a work out and it was at 50%. It died mid workout and now it won’t turn back on. I’ve tried charging it and nothing happens. It feels very hot when charging.

Hi @BBurns247 - if it gets hot when changing stop immediately as it's dangerous and indicates some form of internal damage, probably due to water inside which would also cause the battery to deplete quickly.
If it's under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, the quickest way to resolve it is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement, hopefully over the counter.

Hi @Guy_. Thank you for the reply. I did go for a short swim with it on about a week ago which would explain water damage but the Versa 3 is waterproof. What do I do if it is not under warranty anymore?

Is there a service department at Fitbit to get my watch fixed? My watch hasn’t worked since and I miss my watch. 😞
