Late yesterday, my fitbit decided to start acting up, and I see a red heart icon on the face, the time and date. And nothing more. Anyone every see this icon on their watch? And how do I fix it? It syncs to my iPhone 12.

Make sure you didn't accidentally get into 'Always-on Display' mode. That gives a simplified clock face view. It is in Settings on watch.
