I noticed recently that the number of floors climbed is grossly inaccurate. Just two days ago my Fitbit says I climbed 137 floors. I know for a fact that is incorrect. Today it say I’ve climbed almost 70 floors. Has anyone noticed this issue and if so what is the way to fix the issue?

Yes, the problem is very common (here for example the thread on Sense that is nearly identical to Versa 3) since more than one year and likely introduced by a firmware update. Apparently Fitbit is unable to fix it.
