Bought my versa 3 five days back. The steps count is mostly accurate but calories counter is too high. It's almost 50% of the total steps in a day. My total steps as of today is around 6000 & calories burned is more than 3000 without any special activity or exercise in the day. Further calories counter also syncs with my healthifyme app & shows too much calories burned. This gives inaccurate numbers in that app too. Plz guide as to how this problem can be fixed.

That's not necessarily an unreasonable number of calories. Remember Fitbit includes your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just to stay alive. These usually account for more than half of daily calorie burn.
If you want to see what Fitbit is using for your BMR, look back at calorie burn several days ago before you started Fitbit. You should see the same calorie burn each day in the past - that is your BMR.

It's great to see you in the Community @SapnaMehta.
Adding to what @JohnnyRow mentioned, I recommend you to check that your demographic data (height, weight, sex and age) are correct. If one of these is not correct, your watch might display the incorrect amount of calories burned.
You can check this on your profile by doing the following:
1. On the Fitbit app tap on your profile's icon
2. Tap on your name
3. Select Personal and edit your data if it's incorrect
4. Sync your Versa 3 to apply the changes
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please let me know if you're logging exercises manually or if your Fitbit account is linked to a third party app like MyFitnessPal or any other third party, if so let me know the name of the app so I can go from there.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your reply. I hv checked my data n it is perfect. I have taken subscription of healthifyme app for weight loss and my coaches have given me target of 300 calories to be burned per day. On syncing my fitbit with healthifyme app, the calories burned is shown more than 2000 daily. This is way more than my daily target. This data defies the whole weight loss plan n is very misleading. How to correct that?

Did you check your BMR as I suggested?
I think you need more details about your coaches' target calorie burn. It cannot possibly mean 300 total calories burned per day. Does it mean over and above your BMR - still a low number, but possible, from normal waking, required walking around etc? OR does it mean to do a workout that burns 300 cfalories?
My impression is that when you start mixing and matching different sources for advice and measurements, it often leads to confusion.

Hi, does the fitbit versa 3 track your calories burnt all day like the fitbit insprie 2? or just it just track calories during exercise?

Mine tracks calories burnt through out the day. Although I’m burning an average of 3200 calories a day without a work out. It shows that im
burning between 4000 and 5000 on my workout days (5 days a week with running 4-6 miles and weights.). If I have a day of doing absolutely nothing, it’s telling me I’m burning around 2500…. Supposedly my bmr is around 1850….
