Same thing has happened to me, twice now. I’m convinced the Versa 3 does not work at this point. It will not charge (not to be confused with the Fitbit Charge 3). They have sent me a new charger (cable charger, not the FitBit Charge 3) for my Versa 3. They then sent a new Versa 3 without any wrist bands. I bought wrist bands from Best Buy yesterday and now the new Versa will not charge. At this point again I’m convinced the Versa 3 doesn’t work, and that’s why there is the Sense. In all honesty it’s frustrating and I find it completely not okay that their products don’t even charge. I’m 0/2 now. I think the third time is on me so I’m going to get an Apple Watch. Good luck!
