Fitbit Versa 3 no longer sync for more than 15 hours.

Help. My fitbit app has not resynced after 15 hours. I removed it from the device, restarted my phone and the versa3 watch, and now it won't sync with the app. Please help. My phone is an samsun galaxy a13. I hope this isn't why.

Hi, same with my versa 3. I've stopped the app, stopped bluetooth, restarted my Samsung, reset the versa 3, all the usual fixes basically and nothing has worked. I did notice that the phone not connected icon on the versa 3 is there if I stop Bluetooth and does not appear when Bluetooth is on, so the versa 3 can detect the phone, a mystery indeed that to why it won't sync. I also notice that the time is now out by 12 minutes.

Its now going on for 4 days, and no matter what I do, it will not sync. I called customer support, twice, and both times they told me to wait a few days to see if any update has come up.
