So lately I’ve been logging my daily water intake directly on my Fitbit Versa 3 with no problem. This evening, I noticed it is NOT saving my entries. Each time I’ve had a bottle of water today, I log it under the Water section in the Today tab. When I went onto my Versa 3 to log my last bottle of water, I was surprised that it was showing I hadn’t had ANY water today. I knew I wasn’t crazy and that I had already logged two other bottles. I then go onto the Fitbit app on my iPad, and I see my previously logged water from today on there. So basically after I logged (onto my Versa 3) each bottle water I completed today, the information made its way into the Fitbit app on my iPad. It just didn’t save/stay in the Today tab on my Versa 3. Even now, I can see my 48 fl oz of water today in the Fitbit app on my iPad. However, my Versa 3 is showing I had no water today, even though I logged it on there. It didn’t save. Has anyone else had this problem?
