Fitbit Versa 3 not turning on

Not able to start the fitbit watch. Just opened the new fitbit versa 3 and charged,but it's not starting even after pressing the left side button for more than 1minute.

Thanks for letting me know about your Fitbit and for the steps you have already tried. Since you have already tried to reboot your device, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your Fitbit and charging cable.
  2. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your Fitbit to the charging cable.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  4. Confirm that you removed the plastic protective cover from the back of the device.
