I factory resettled my versa 3. After that, it wouldn't turn on. So I thought it ran out of charge so I put it in charging. After a bit, I tried turning it on. It didn't work. So after searching up why, it said I need to charge it for a few hours. After a few hours, I went to check on it again. But, same thing again. When I checked fitbit.com, it said, hold the button for 10 minutes or hold it until you see the fitbit logo. It still was black. I even tried to pair the watch to my phone again. But still, nothing. Could someone please tell me what to do?

Have you unpaired your device? If you're still able to sync your Versa 3 with the Fitbit App, you can try to change the clock face.
