I bought a new Fitbit versa 3 last November, this was after having a Fitbit Charge Hr for a few years, I had had to have this replacement on at least 3 occasions due to it stopping working over several years, I always found FitBit helpful and fast at replacing. So when the face became detached on my Versa 3 last summer after about 8 months since purchase and they again replaced with no issue I was still happy with my purchase if somewhat dismayed at having issues so soon after purchase and on a more expensive model than I’d had before. This morning yet again whilst sitting at my work desk the screen of my replacement became detached, i was quite surprised and a tad frustrated given that I’ve only had this replacement since June, but thought at least it’ll be replaced, but after contacting FitBit customer support have been informed that as out of warranty from my original purchase there’s nothing they can do. I am disgusted clearly there is a fault with this model, clearly they know about it and yet they think it is acceptable for a product costing nearly £200 to have shelf life of 7 months. In short anyone who is thinking of purchasing a FitBit product my advice would be buy a different brand, I’m off now to find one myself.
