Hi,.  I have a Fitbit versa that was purchased in February 2019.....I am charging the battery every other day, sometimes every day ...Is it dying?  I am not sure what the lifespan is for these watches.....It works fine other than the battery draining fast.

Hello @Heelfan71 

You described your battery as draining quickly but you didn’t mention if this was a recent issue or an issue you have been experiencing since you purchased the Fitbit Versa. Either way I was wondering if you have a third party clock face on your Versa. I’ve seen that happen sometimes. If that’s the case I’d definitely try a different clock face to see if that resolves the battery drain issue. If that’s not the case then I’d look here on tips to help extend your battery life: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2004.htm
