Fitbit Versa Black screen and won’t start

My Versa screen turned black after a left swipe. I put it on the charger. After 5 hours I tried many things I read on the forum. Finally things turned normal but next day I got low battery notice to my surprise and during first 15 minutes on the charger logo disappeared and strange hazy lights appeared. I also saw vertical trembling lines during charging. After a long wait I tried every step to start my Versa but it would not start. I was able to pair it with  my iPhone with blue tooth and it synchronizes but nothing on the screen. I changed watch set up and it buzzed. Still nothing on the screen-black. Please help, I am quite upset.

Today I had a live chat with Fitbit support center, they are replaceing my 

 

Versa.
