I have a Fitbit Versa. Since I bought it the clock shows an hour behind the actual time. I have tried looking through the app, changing the face, restarting the watch, restoring to factory settings and starting over, and turning it off and on, but Everytime the clock is showing an hour behind. Are there any other options to fix this solution? Thanks!

That is an obvious Time Zone problem. Go to the App and click on the Account Icon at the upper right and then Versa . Scroll down and click on Advanced Settings and choose the correct Time Zone. Sync your tracker and all should be well.
