My versa was working for a few hours after I got out of the pool. But then I woke up early this morning to the screen fritzing from option to option... I put it on the charger, then noticed condensation in the readers. Now it won’t turn on at all.. Won’t charge or reset.. Does anyone know what my next step would be?

Hopefully it's within warranty.
They're refusing to help me. We took two of ours swimming weds night and BOTH died the same night.
Fitbit is trying to say it is normal wear and tear and refuse to acknowledge it.
I hope they can help you.
If not, complain to the better business bureau. They need to be held accountable for selling non swimproof devices and labeling them as swimproof.
