Fitbit Versa Doesn't want to pair with iPhone 6s

I have a iPhone 6s and I bought a Fitbit versa, but it doesn't want to pair with my iPhone 6s. I have done many things that the Fitbit community has said to do, but none of it works. But I am very grateful for all the people at the Fitbit community who have tried to help me. I hope that the problem with the Fitbit Versa and the iPhone 6s gets fixed. Have a great day.

@Cool101 you shouldn't be pairing from phone's Bluetooth settings. The trick is to let Fitbit mobile app to pair your versa with the phone. Please make sure you don't have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone (if you do, remove/unpair/forget them), then perform the procedure again:

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
  3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair from your phone's Bluetooth settings
  4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  5. Login to Fitbit mobile app
  6. Grant all permissions incl pairing
  7. Make sure Fitbit Notifications are enabled in your phone Settings. If they are switch them off, sync, switch them back ON, and sync again.

@Cool101 Do you mean you cannot set up Versa with your phone? Or that it does not sync? Perhaps you could try this:

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
  3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair
  4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  5. Login to Fitbit mobile app
  6. Grant all permissions incl pairing

I can’t receive any notifications from my phone to my Fitbit Versa. Each time I press notifications it says that I need to pair my iPhone 6s to my Fitbit Versa. When I pressing set up after 5 minutes it says pairing failed. My Fitbit Versa doesn’t want to connect to the internet and each time I set up the Internet it disconnects. Have a great day
