So for the past few days i have been having trouble with my fitbit versa and decided to factory reset it becuase nothing was working. So i did, now first it showed a red X inside a red circle saying "Data not cleared Sync and try again". so next i tried again and i resynced it. next it then shows me a screen with the Logo, but white, so white logo and battery in top left corner. So i thought it woul clear up in a few hours so i left it overnight and it has now been more than 14 hours of just the white logo. to be clear i have re-setup the device as if it was brand new 2 times, and have restarted the watch more than 20 times, so i would like some help now

spoke with the company and i have been using Windows 10 to try and setup my Versa, turns out i will need a phone o that it will update the firmware, which is why it has me locked on a white logo screen with the battery in the top left corner. Hope this also helps somebody else.
