Fitbit Versa HR not working after os3 update

Updated fitbit versa to os3 and HR stopped working, hard reset versa with no luck. Did a factory reset on versa! Made sure the HR is turned on! Did a hard reset again. Deleted versa from account a well when I did a factory reset! Lights on back is a constant green light instead of a flashing green!!

@Bazzmanpta Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't reading your heart rate. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves. Also turn off the heart rate, sync your Versa (just for the sake of updating all information since you don't need to sync it to change the heart rate settings), then turn it on and sync again.

I have tried all these solutions but none of them works, the green light on the back is very dim and not flickering!!
