I purchased my fitbit Versa 10/05/2019 from Harvey Norman and initially i set up my bitmoji clock and I was having to charge my versa morning and night otherwise it would run out of battery. I put it down to the bitmoji clock. I recently went camping so I changed my clock to generic fitbit clock and I was still having to charge morning and night. Is this covered under warranty as I was told the battery should last up to 4 days. My partner has one and he only charges his every 4-5 days.
Can I log this as warranty and have my fitbit repaired or replaced?

There's a long thread about this if you scroll down. Better hurry and call customer service. There's something going on with an update we suspect, but you have a year. If you try to get service after that, you might be out of luck.
