Fitbit Versa Heart Rate and Stairs not working

Heart Rate is two dashes (zero) since Saturday

Green light for heart rate is off since Saturday

Stair cases have been zero since Saturday (three days)

Nothing registering in the app tracking

 

I have shut down and restarted.

I have done factory reset.

 

Am on Android Pixel 2XL. Washed the car on Saturday morning, but went for walk and did stairs before hand and nothing registering in app for Saturday.

 

No improvement! Please help as I really like my versa!

I have the same issue right now 😞 

turned the heart rate on and off, switched my versa off, and reset it too. ... I have now sent Fitbit an email. Sorry I’m of no help here, but if you do manage to get it to work, I would very much appreciate if you could let me know!
