Fitbit Versa Heartrate

My versa just randomly started to not track or pick up any heartrate. I use it for working out so the fact that it’s not working it’s reallg frustrating. I tried restarting it 2 times now and nothing.

I've just had the same problem. LEDs not working and not tracking sleep. Tried turning Versa off then on again, but no charge.

My versa started doing the same thing after charging it last night. I haven't reset it yet, I'll be doing that in a few minutes hopefully it'll start back up.
