Fitbit Versa LIte screen freezing & incomplete reset

Hello Fitbit team ,

 

My Fitbit Versa Lite was randomly vibrating and everything goes blank for few minutes and after that screen got freeze .it's happening 10-12 times a day,I can't swipe screen,after that when I restart it works for few hour agagin goes to same State,I tried factory reset(on watch via setting->about->factory reset) but it's showing msg that "data not cleared sync & try again " pls help

Hi @Abha_b  Try doing another Factory reset, but use the button this time (see below). If that doesnt get it working again you will need to contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

back button do you mean button at left at Fitbit ?I tired but screen is stucked at msg "Data not cleared sync & try again"

With red color X sign .

I tired pressing side button it shows restarted but again goes to the same screen "data not cleared sync ........".

Pls help

Yes, the left hand button (the only button on the Versa Lite) is also sometimes called the Back button. Yours is a Versa Lite - not an original Versa with 3 buttons?

Yes I tried via pressing button but no change again showing same X sign and same msg .
