I have gad multiple fitbit devices and have been upgrading to the latest one every time.
My most recent one is Versa and it is by and large the WORST EVER product from Fitbit.
Fitbit charge was simple and much better and robust.
I hope Fitbit gets sold out and disappears from the face of this earth having bought such a useless product with no customer support help. Device has been on logo screen for months, no fix, no support, no replacements no troubleshooting help.
Moved onto Apple Watch and SO MUCH HAPPY.
With this level of product and service commitment, this company has no future.
