Hello,
In August, I purchased a Fitbit Versa lite watch for my father after he received a triple bypass surgery in September. All was well until two weeks ago in December when he says that the watch (which was fully charged)was freezing and acting strange before shutting off. He tried to turn it back on and it didn’t work. He tried charging it and it didn’t work. I have tried the factory reset which DOES NOT WORK.
He’s had it for three months before it basically died on him and loved it and it helped him keep track after his surgery. Please advise but please do not give me the factory reset because again, it is not a sure fix it.
