Fitbit Versa Lite Shut Off and Won’t Turn On

I have had my Fitbit Versa Lite for nearly a year and a half and it suddenly stopped working with no warning. While the battery was over 50%, it randomly died and never would recharge or make any indications that it would turn on. I do not get it wet at all, and regularly clean the device and bands soo those are not the issues.

Additionally, I had a Fitbit Versa previously and it stopped working after having it for less than one year. Before it shut off, it had problems with its battery, and it would die before the end of the day. It would also get quite hot while I was wearing it, and the screen would become difficult to use. I would have to push several times on the screen to get it to work, until ultimately it stopped working altogether. I originally thought that I maybe had something to do with it shutting down and never turning on again, until I got a second Fitbit versa that did the same thing.
I will just go ahead and make a review, I would absolutely not recommend this product. It seems like as I am getting more notifications of a new device, they completely drop the previous device so that it does not work. It is quite frustrating to have not only one device, but two fail in nearly the exact same manner for no reason. I also struggled receiving any help whatsoever from the company as to why this may have happened. I am heavily disappointed in their products and will never spend any money towards this company in the future, especially because so many other people have had the exact same experience and issues as I have had.
If you have had the same problems as I have had or you are thinking about buying a Fitbit Versa, I would highly encourage you to spend your money elsewhere because it is highly likely that you will experience the same issues with your product.
Did anyone else have this same issue?

I had the same exact thing happen to me. Couldn't do anything but give me 35% off a new one because out of warranty. Very frustrating!
