Hi,
Haven't been able to sync my mom's Versa Lite for nearly a month. I've closed everything, restarted, and followed the directions on the Troubleshooting Android page.
I turn on Bluetooth and see the Versa Lite. I click it and my phone says it's paired. When I open the Fitbit app I can see her steps, sometimes a few hours old, but nothing else. When I go to the Sync page the circle spins endlessly.
Not sure what to do. Thanks, Mike

Of course after nearly a month of not syncing I post this then 30 minutes later I pick up the phone and it is sync'd. Go figure. Thanks for all your help everybody.
