Hey all! I've got an issue with my roommates Fitbit Versa Lite, and I was hoping to get some help in order to resolve the issues we're facing. So up until 2 days ago the Fitbit was working great, until well it wasn't. The device was dead so naturally we put it on the charger, the screen did turn on as though it was operating normally, and was left to do it's thing. Fast forward an hour or so, the device doesn't seem to want to go past 0% and we've tried two different official Fitbit chargers for it, numerous different charging bricks and yet still no prevail. We've followed all the recommendations as per other forums relating to similar issues other customers have faced, including but not limited to shutting down the devices via settings, as well as performing a factory reset, and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance, something else that bears mentioning is that it is still within the warranty time frame.
