Fitbit Versa Lite - change the pool length for swimming.

Hello,

 

I am struggling to change the pool length from the default 25m on a Versa Lite.

There is no swimming option in the watches Exercise App.
I have tried the advanced setting on the android phone app but that only lets you change the units between yards and meters.
Has anyone figured out how to do change the pool length? Any help gratefully received.

Spoke to Fitbit and the Versa Lite can only track swimming automatically. I set mine to recognize the swimming after 10 minutes of activity and it worked but the results and calorie count where based on the default 25m pool length. The swimming mode option in the 'Exercise App' has been removed on the Versa Lite.

The only way to change the pool length from the default 25m is via the swimming mode in the 'Exercise App'. Unfortunately the Versa Lite does not have an option for swimming in the 'Exercise App' so the pool length is stuck at 25 meters or yards.

Basically unless you are swimming in a 25 meter or 25 yard pool the Versa Lite is useless.

I now have the same problem - just moved to a place with a 13m pool so the Versa Lite is counting my 13m laps as 25m ones. This seems like it's just a software problem - why can't Fitbit just add a lap length option in the app settings? Anyone know of a workaround?
