I have had my Fitbit since June 24, 2019. I've never had a problem with it, I don't get it wet and I charge it regularly. Just now I got a little vibration on my arm so I looked down at my watch and the screen started malfunctioning. The display is only showing lines of light or just the very top portion of the screen. It's still vibrating with texts and everything that come through. I haven't dropped it, I haven't hit it on anything. Please help me, I got it as a gift, and I recently had weight loss surgery so I count on my Fitbit to help me track my movement.

i did this and i put it on the charger for an entire day and it's still not working. it syncs up to my phone still and i still get notifications (vibration) on it but no display at all. do you think it's a defect and maybe i use the warranty on it. it's in perfect shape still.

First, try a Factory Reset. Swipe left to settings, then About and then Factory Reset. If that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.

@nitaflo89 welcome to our Fitbit Community! In addition to the information that shared @SunsetRunner, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display turns on and works properly.
Keep @SunsetRunner and me posted on the outcome! 😀
