Hi!
Since yesterday my fitbit versa lite has stopped working. I was using it normally, and when I checked it had just stopped working. I have put it on the charger many times, in different outlets, in my home and work and it doesn't charge or turn back on. I've had it for 7 months and it was ok until yesterday.
I've seen many posts about restarting it, but I can't since it doesn't turn on. I've tried holding the button for 12 seconds, but the screen never shows anything. Anyone can help?
