I tired to do a software update it started the update now it is stock on the software up date and it won't do anything even if I hold down the button it restarts and stays at the some place it has been like this for days. I ain't even had my fitbit a year yet. Please help me it is really stressing me out. I have emailed Fitbit twice and no reply still. Help me please

Hi. I got my replacement Fitbit in Monday I went to set it up from new and the same thing happened again it is stock on Fitbit logo and wont do anything I have tried the steps that your meant to do to try and stort it out but the same thing keeps happening. I did try to email you back but it said your email box us full. I also have emailed Fitbit support twice and no reply from them as well. I am getting really annoyed now because it is weeks now and I still don't have a working Fitbit. I need help and I'm sick of waiting please help me get this sorted and get a working Fitbit.

1. Turn Bluetooth on and off on your phone.
2. Remove the watch from the list of Bluetooth devices paired to your phone. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth > find the watch in the list > find an option to forget the device.
3. Restart your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
4. Attach your watch to the charging cable and plug the charging cable into a USB port on your computer.
5. Keep your Fitbit device close to your phone or tablet.
6. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
7. Tap Set Up a Device.
8. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

tratando de actualizar fitbit versa, atascado en el logo mas de 4 dias, no hay buena conectividad, constante se desvincula, muy muy mal fitbit, no hay avances... pésima desicion fitbit.

Hi. I have done all them steps and when I have done the hold down on the button it just keeps going back to being stuck on the Fitbit logo and won't do anything else it just goes to Fitbit logo and does nothing else it don't vibrate, the back lights don't even come on / flash nothing just the logo that's all. I still need help please.
