Fitbit Versa Lite keeps disconnecting Bluetooth after few minutes.

I bought a Fitbit Versa Lite Today. It took 1 hours to update the software as well. But once I try to connect the Bluetooth to control the music in my phone, it is paired for few minutes then the Bluetooth is off automatically. I tried few 10s of times and the Bluetooth automatically turns off in 2-3 minutes. 

Also the notification doesn't work. It constantly shows, restart your phone to turn of notification of the tracker. I tried restarting, even clearing the cahce and data of Bluetooth and reconnecting. Both the problem prevails. Any solution or should I just get another Versa Lite?

Have you tried restarting the watch itself? How about deleting the FitBit app and then reinstalling it?

 

With a Versa Lite you need to press and hold the back button and bottom button together until the FitBit logo appears and then release.

Yes I tried restarting and even factory reseting the watch. Both didn't work. Anout the pressing the buttons, there is only one button so I switched off from Setting, about and shutdown.

 

Nontheless nothing worked. the bluetooth is connected at first but in 1-2 minutes it automatically turns off. notification is same as well.

So hopeless so far. If you have any other solution please do let me know. Thank You.
