Fitbit Versa Lite not turning on after factory reset!

My Fitbit Versa which is less then 2 months old was  starting to glitch. I decided to factory reset it but now it won't turn on at all. 

 

I have held the button down quite a few times, once even for over a minute, put it on the charger and have looked at any directions given that are potentially relatable to this issue. 

 

What else do can I do? This is my second watch bought in under a year. Not impressed...
