Greetings,
My Fitbit versa lite was working well throughout the day as I went to the pool, the gym, and as I was preparing to end my evening; and rest I noticed when glancing at my versa lite for the time and to see my steps that it was completely black, and it was not turning on. I held the back button for a while, placed it on the charger for over 30 mins and it was still a black screen ( although it showed on the app that I had a full battery), and I am not sure what to do. I am aware that Fitbit versa lite is waterproof for 50 m which is fine since I was in the pool spa most of the time at most 3 ft deep, and I was seated. Please, any suggestions?
