Hi, my Fitbit Versa Lite is not vibrating or alerting me on the screen when I receive a text message. It vibrates and alerts me otherwise for alarms and phone calls but no notifications for texts. If I manually swipe down to see messages I will see them, but no alert (vibration or screen light up). Sleep mode and do not disturb are both turned off. Both the Fitbit app on my iPhone and the Fitbit device are up to date. Bluetooth is synced (hence, why I receive phone calls fine but no texts). Notifications are both on and working for iPhone and the Fitbit app. I have notifications set on. Please help! It's been almost a week I am dealing with this.
