Fitbit Versa Lite steps not showing on app, can't setup clock face

I just started wearing my Versa lite but for some reason it is not showing the steps on my app. It says I used all tiles. Also, can't download any other clock faces. Not sure what is going on.

Hi @DOWNTOEARTH111,

 

So here are a few things you should do when things aren't showing like they should on your phone.  Could you please do the following and let me know what worked?  Let's fix the steps issue on the app first, then we'll fix the Clock Faces issue.

 

1.) Go into your App store and verify that the Fitbit app is up to date

2.) On your phone, restart your Bluetooth

3.) Go into your phone settings, disconnect your Versa Lite from your Bluetooth and then reconnect it

4.) On the phone settings, clear the cache for the Fitbit app

5.) Sign out of your Fitbit account and then back in

6.) Force close the app

7.) Restart your phone

 

As for the clock faces, what exactly are you experiencing?
