I need help, I am just trying to figure out what happened was there an update or something? For the last three days, I cannot pair my Fitbit watch to my phone, it will not show as an available device. The clock is still 1 hour and 30 minutes behind.
(See screenshot), it just hangs for hours over the last few days it won't pair.
Go into Apps, Force Stop
Uninstalled Fitbit App and Reinstall Fitbit App
Turn Bluetooth on and off
Removed the devices from my account and available devices
Restarted the phone several times
My Fitbit is charged daily
Turned the Bluetooth on and off
My location is being shown
My timezone is correct: Pacific
I have tried logging in from my husband's phone to Fitbit.com and using the Fitbit App
and more (everything your answers and templates state) ...
Nothing is working 😞 My Fitbit watch is barely over 1 year old, I need my watch to work for medical reasons primarily. I currently have a premium membership going to waste.
I want to keep my watch and get it synced and working, so I don't want to have to buy another watch, because chances are if I can't get help in successfully solving this issue and get it working again (besides following the premade templates being pasted in the forums). I can't have a useless watch that doesn't work. I can't expect my watch to snap out of it, and sync all by itself one day.
Please help. Thank you for your assistance in advance. - Michelle

Hi Michelle
Sounds bad, and odd, and obviously you aren't getting any info recorded on your phone.
A few things you could try.
1. Make sure that any devices to which the watch was perhaps attached [ipad, husband's phone etc], have the watch removed from Bluetooth
2 Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices turned on, including other watches.
3. If the watch is working and you can get to Settings, go to the Clocks app on the watch and change to another clock face
4. Also consider doing Settings => About => Shutdown on the watch
Restart your phone and the watch by putting on charge for a few minutes or pushing the button and try again.

It turns out the watch was unfixible, Fitbit is sending me a replacement. Thanks for your suggestion though Guy.
