Fitbit Versa Lite won't connect or get snapchat notifications

For the past 2 days it has trouble connecting and I don't notifications from snapchat l, I checked my notification settings and they are all on and I restarted it and nothing is working

Hi there,

 

I've had the same issue for about a week. I did have the versa but ordered the lite before this issue occurred. Even switching to the versa, I had the same issue. I restated my phone, my versas, and uninstalled and reinstalled snapchat. Today I just got the bright idea to uninstall and reinstall fitbit and it worked!!

Mine is doing the same thing reinstalled the fitbit app ..factory reset the Fitbit and still no notifications from snapchat...I contacted snapchat also maybe it's with them I dont know waiting for a reply anyone have any answers I have the versa
