Fitbit Versa Lite won't swipe, stops reading pulse

Hi all, i've read the comments and have reset my Lite by holding the button for 10 seconds trying to get it to let me swipe again. It won't come on most of the time by either pressing the buttons, tapping the screen or moving my wrist- yes it is charged and synced. My updates are up to date. I can't swipe the screen to turn it off as the next step suggests on the forum.  I bought it in December so could someone please give me some other suggestions?

The same issue with swiping is happening to me. It won’t swipe. It won’t respond to tapping. The only thing it shows is the time screen. I have updated. I’ve charged.  I’ve turned it on and off. How do I fix this?
