A few weeks back my Fitbit Versa Lite was not syncing up with my app on my phone. In fact my phone was not finding my Fitbit at all. I tried doing a factory reset to try and reset it but now it just gives me a message that the factory reset wont finish until the device has synced. I've tried to update but it hasnt worked yet. Is there something else I can try?

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if it syncs with your phone properly.

@Tmkling1, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the syncing issue that your Fitbit Versa Lite is experiencing and would like to know if it got resolved after updating it through your Windows 10 computer.

My versa lite still will not sync and I have been trying to run the update multiple times. It acts like it is updating but then still gives me the message that the data has not been cleared and to try syncing. I have tried turning it on and off, restarting it and even deleting the app and completely setting up the app and connection from scratch but still no change.

I am on my 4th Versa Lite pebble with continuing sync issues... Being repeatedly told to be patient, update coming etc by support. Its rubbish
