I received my versa lite for Christmas and it has been working great, until tonight when it just turned off and will not turn on. The battery had a full charge when this happened.

@Sarge264, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Versa was unable to turn on, even though it had full charge, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat an email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
