Hi,

I just bought the new fitbit versa and have no issues in syncing the device with my one plus 6T device. But the only issue I observed is that all the data is getting synced except the resting heart rate.

The resting heart rate is showing as -- irrespective of multiple restarts and setting the fit bit versa as a new device. I can see the resting heart rate on the device and even the measurement graph, but not able to see the same on the phone App. I see no measurement message being displayed. Could anyone of you suggest me on how to get the resting heart rate displayed on the mobile App and also the heart rate measurement details.

It may be an issue with your phone, which is not on the Supported Devices List. It sounds as if you have done everything you can to try to get it to work. The only things I can think of the try are restart yout watch several times (Restart your tracker) and uninstall the app, reinstall it and log back in. They are worth a try, though I am not at all sure they will fix it. Let us know.
