Fitbit Versa Screen went black and won't turn on

Hi community.

I bought the fitbit versa last August and I love it. However, a little more than week ago the screen started going in and out after my shower. I've showered with my Fitbit before and never had an issue. But this home, my screen kept going in and out and random exercises started going on by themselves. I reset it, but the same issue kept happening. So I left it alone for awhile to just air out. When I tried to use it again, the screen wouldn't turn on. The backlight is lit, but the screen is still black. It's been almost 2 weeks and my Fitbit still isn't working.

What do I do and how can I get help for this issue?

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this procedure is not solving your problem, contact Customer Support about this issue.

@CaramelMyrrh @Drodriguez0817 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the the issue that you guys are experiencing with your Versa trackers since their screens are not turning on.

In addition to the restart process that shared @SunsetRunner, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This also contains the restart process but you can skip it if you already tried it. After this, check out if the display of your Versa trackers come back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Thanks everyone for the help. While I wasn't able to get my Fitbit to start working again, I contacted Fitbit and they're sending me a replacement.

Again, thank you for all of your help. I appreciate my Fitbit community. 🙂
