HI All
My fitbit versa special edition stopped syncing and when i tried to rest and restart, it stopped tuning on. When i put it on charge, the logo comes up on the screen and stays forever. When i remove it off charge the logo still says and nothing happens . When i try to restart using the back and lower right button the log goes off and the watch does not turn on. Any button combination does not help. Need your advise.

I understand you have tried restarting your Fitbit Versa. I’d try restarting it a couple more times. It doesn’t hurt to try. If the problem persist try changing your clock face going through the Fitbit App. Preferably one made by Fitbit or the original clock face your Versa came with to see if that fixes the issue.
