Hi there! I have a regular Versa. On the 26th I tried to sync my Versa in order to do the most recent update for it...well during the sync something happened and the screen is stuck on the blue Fitbit symbol. I have tried to let it charge to see if that would help. Nothing is working. Now it won't show up in my Bluetooth either to reconnect it. Please help! It's less than 1 year old.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
