Fitbit Versa Tennis App

I pre-ordered the versa (My first fitbit) and today when I went to try the tennis app made by fitbit labs, I noticed it wasn't counting my forehands, backhands, or serves. The recordkeeping worked fine but after an hour of play, it claimed I had 0 hits. I tried reinstalling the app but had no success. Any help is appreciated.

Restarted my versa (held left and lower right buttons) and it seems to be working 🙂

I didn't know there was a tennis app for Versa!  How do I install it?

To install it, go into the app on your phone or computer and select your versa in the corner then go to apps and all apps. Then search for it and press install!

I can't seem to find the Tennis app in the COmpatible apps for the Versa. Where did you find it? Thanks

I have tried a hundred or more times since Christmas to install the fitlab Tennis app on my Versa without success.  I’ve tried the reset “solution” fifty times or more and it doesn’t work.  I’ve installed other apps with no problem, but just can’t get Tennis to load.

I have the same problem. I did install the tennis app....did not had a tennismatch yet so did't try it yet. But suddenly the app disappeared from my Fitbit versa!! I tried to install it over and over again, but the tennisapp doesn't install. I tried all solutions i could find. The app will not install. I tried this via an android and Iphone.
